Halloween - What time can we arrive?

All tickets are valid for the whole day.  We open at 10am until 5pm so we recommend that you arrive by 3pm to make the most of your visit.

Can I change the day of my Halloween visit?

Unfortunately we cannot change your tickets to an alternative day once your tickets have been booked. 

Can we reserve pumpkins in advance?

No - but please don't worry as we have thousands of pumpkins to choose from!

Are under 2 year olds free of charge?

Yes, all under 2 year olds are free of charge but we do ask to add a ticket for every under 2 year old to your booking. 

Can we pay by cash and card?

Yes - cash and card payments are accepted in the Halloween Shop and Cafe. 

Can I bring my dog?

Yes you can!  We just ask for them to be kept on a lead at all times. 

Do I need wellies?!

It is advisable to wear wellies or boots as it can be muddy in the patch. White trainers are definitely not advisable!!  It can be a bit chilly too so do wrap up if the weather isn't looking too great. 

Can I get a refund?

We are unable to offer refunds for tickets purchasers unless the event is cancelled.  This is outlined in our terms and conditions. Please make sure that you purchase the correct amount of tickets for your chosen date/event and the time of making your booking. 

What time do we need to arrive for Santa's Grotto?

We ask for you to arrive 15 minutes before your booked time slot.  If you arrive late, it is likely that you will miss your time slot and it is unlikely we will be able to fit you in to another time due to the high demand to see Santa!
